Exchange Order Policy

At Jutt Cloth House, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must not be damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Eligibility

• Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet the product description.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund according to our policy.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Used or washed products.
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
