Return & Refund Policy – Jutt Cloth
At Jutt Cloth, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Customized or altered products.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong size, wrong colour, or a defective product, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost after verification.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Jutt Cloth will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
